Prior to joining Ecolab in 2020, Srinivasa was the managing director of Praxair India. In her 14-year tenure with Praxair, she held a number of diverse roles, including head of Technology and Marketing, and business head of specialty gases. Srinivasa also successfully led the merger and integration of Praxair with Linde for India. Prior to Praxair, she was with Sidvin Coretech and set up a joint venture global engineering hub, Sidvin-Outotec Engineering, with Outotec Oyj. 

With almost two decades of experience, Srinivasa has held increasingly complex and impactful business-focused positions in diverse industries.  She brings a wealth of expertise in international sales, business development, P&L management, M&A and joint ventures. During her career, Srinivasa worked for Akzo, Coretech and Praxair in various business roles. 

Srinivasa has a degree in chemical engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore and holds executive management degrees from IIM Kolkata and the London School of Economics.
